Hello!! Today, I'm sending you the D-5 post to deliver some valuable information. 

There are many essential details related to the performance, so be sure to check it out!  😊

Q. 전체 일정이 어떻게 되나요? 

A. 로비 & 티켓부스 오픈은 오후 14:00, 공연장 오픈은 15:00, 스테이지 공연 시작 시간은 16:00입니다. 

Q. What is the full schedule? 

A. The lobby and ticket booth open at 2:00 PM, the performance hall opens at 3:00 PM, 

and the stage performance begins at 4:00 PM. 

 Q. 관람일에 신분증을 미지참하면 어떡하나요? 

 A. 행사 당일 신분증을 보여주지 않으시면 입장에 제한이 있으며 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다. 

 Q. What happens if I forget to bring my ID on the day of the event? 

 A. If you don’t show your ID on the day of the event, entry will be restricted, 

and refunds will not be issued for this reason. 

 Q. MD는 어디서 파나요? 

 A. HALL2 (STUDIO 2)에 위치한 Merchandise Booth에서 

VISION BANGKOK 공식 MD와 출연 아티스트들의 음반 및 굿즈를 판매합니다. 

**MD 구매는 현금으로만 결제 가능합니다. 

 Q. Where can I buy merchandise? 

 A. Official VISION BANGKOK merchandise and the albums and goods of the 

performing artists are sold at the Merchandise Booth located in HALL2 (STUDIO 2).

**MD purchases can only be paid for with cash. 

 Q. 관람 중 부상을 입으면 어떻게 하나요? 

 A. 가까운 스태프에게 문의하시어 협조를 받으시기 바랍니다. 

 Q. What should I do if I get injured during the performance? 

 A. Please contact the nearest staff member for assistance. 

An ambulance will be on standby near the medical booth in the F&B ZONE. 

 Q. 분실물이 발생하면 어떻게 하나요? 

 A. 분실물은 인포메이션 부스에서 접수 받습니다. 

타인의 소지품을 습득하셨을 경우나 자신의 소지품을 분실했을 경우 인포메이션 부스에 문의하세요. 

 Q. What should I do if I lose something? 

A. Lost items can be reported at the information booth. 

If you find someone else's belongings or lose your own, please contact the information booth. 

 Q. 페스티벌 내부에서 음식을 먹을 수 있나요? 

 A. F&B존의 푸드트럭을 이용하여 음식을 구매할 수 있으며 페스티벌 사이트 내의 지정된 취식구역에서만 취식이 가능합니다. 마이리얼트립 패키지 구매자는 전용 라운지에서도 취식이 가능합니다. 

 Q. Can I eat food inside the festival area? 

 A. You can get food from food trucks in the F&B Zone and eat only in designated eating areas within the festival site. If you purchased a My Real Trip package, you can also eat in the exclusive lounge. 

 Q. 물품보관을 따로 운영하나요? 

 A. 물품을 보관하는 장소는 있으나 별도의 물품 보관 시스템을 운영하지는 않습니다. 짐은 CENTERPOINT STUDIO 

로비 1층에 짐을 놓으실 수는 있습니다. 무료로 장소를 제공하는 정도이며 분실 및 도난에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 

 Q. Is there a place to store belongings? 

 A. There is a place to store belongings, but we do not operate a specific storage system. You can leave your belongings on the first-floor lobby of CENTERPOINT STUDIO. This is a free service, but we do not take responsibility for any loss or theft. 

 Q. 우천 시에도 공연이 진행되나요? 

 A. 실내 공연이기 때문에 우천 시에도 공연이 진행됩니다. 천재지변, 사회적인 중대한 이슈가 있을 경우 

별도의 공지를 통해 개최에 대한 내용을 SNS, 각 예매처를 통해 알려드리겠습니다. 

Q. Will the performance proceed in case of rain? 

 A. Since it is an indoor festival, it will proceed even in case of rain. In the event of a natural disaster or significant social issue, we will notify you about the event through SNS and each ticketing site. 

 Q. 현장에서 찍힌 제 사진이 추후에 사용될 수 있나요? 

 A. 공연장 전 구역은 주최/주관사의 통제 하에 인정된 매체사에 한해 촬영 및 보도 관련 취재가 허용된 구역입니다. 따라서 

입장한 모든 관객에 대한 사진 및 영상(음성을 포함) 촬영으로 발생된 발생된 초상 저작물인 사진 및 동영상 등은 주최 / 주관사 측에 초상권 (공표거절권, 초상영리권)이 사용 동의되며, 협력사와 이 회사의 관계자들에게 허가됩니다. 공연장에서 촬영한 

저작물을 상업적으로 사용할 수 있는 권리가 있으며, 촬영한 본인의 초상을 행사 고지 및 홍보를 위한 영상, 인쇄, 옥외, 디지털 광고 및 기타 PR 및 웹, 모바일 채널에서 원본 또는 편집된 형태로 영구적으로 활용되며 관객 여러분들의 모습이 나올 수 

있습니다. 이 안내문의 법적 효력이 있으며, 법에 의해 통제 받음을 알려드립니다. 촬영물은 이후 영구적으로 활용됩니다. 

Q. Can my photo taken at the venue be used later? 

A. The entire venue is an area where filming and reporting-related coverage are allowed only for recognized media outlets under the control of the organizer. Therefore, any portraits, photographs, videos (including audio), and other similar materials created through photography and filming of all attendees are subject to the portrait rights (including the rights of publicity refusal and image rights) of the organizer/organizing company. They are authorized for use by affiliated companies and their representatives. You have the right to use the copyrighted material captured at the venue for commercial purposes. Your own portrait captured during the event may be used permanently in original or edited form for event notifications, promotions, video, print, outdoor, digital advertisements, and other PR and web/mobile channels. Your likeness may appear in these materials. This notice has legal effect and is subject to legal control. The captured materials will be used permanently thereafter.

 Q. 예매한 티켓은 어떻게 받나요? 

 A. Centerpoint Studio 1층 로비의 티켓 확인 부스(손목밴드 배부처)에서 e-티켓 QR코드와 실물 신분증을 통한 예매자 본인 확인 절차 후, 입장 손목밴드를 수령/착용하셔야 페스티벌 사이트 내로 입장하실 수 있습니다. 마이리얼트립을 통해 패키지 상품을 구매하신 분들은 인포메이션 부스에서 손목밴드를 교환하실 수 있습니다. 

Q. How do I receive the tickets I purchased? 

A. You can receive and wear your entry wristband after verifying your e-ticket QR code and physical ID at the ticket confirmation booth (wristband distribution) in the first-floor lobby of Centerpoint Studio. This step is necessary to enter the festival site. If you purchased a package through My Real Trip, you can exchange your wristband at the information booth. 

Q. 미성년자 공연 관람이 가능한가요? 

A. 본 공연은 15세 이상 관람가이기 때문에 15세 미만의 아동이나 청소년은 입장이 불가능합니다. 

Q. Can minors attend the performance? 

A. This performance is for ages 15 and older, so children and teenagers under 15 are not allowed to enter. 

 Q. 티켓과 손목밴드를 잃어버렸습니다. 재발행이 가능한가요? 

 A. 손목밴드는 분실, 훼손 시 절대 재발급이 불가하며, 예매자 본인확인 후 최초 1회 착용한 이후에는 분실, 파손의 경우에도 재발급이 되지 않습니다. 

Q. I lost my ticket and wristband. Can they be reissued? 

A. Wristbands cannot be reissued if lost or damaged. After the initial issuance and wearing upon verification of the ticket holder's identity, they cannot be reissued under any circumstances, even if lost or damaged. 

Q. 공연장 재입장이 가능한가요? 

A. 손목밴드 착용 후 스테이지와 공연장 건물은 자유롭게 출입이 가능합니다. 분실 및 훼손되지 않게 주의해 주세요. Q. Is re-entry to the venue allowed? 

A. After wearing the wristband, you can freely enter and exit the stage and the venue building. Please be careful not to lose or damage it. 

Q. 티켓의 현장 구매가 가능한가요? 

A. 현장 판매도 진행합니다. 현장 판매는 티켓부스 오픈 후 30분 후, 오후 14시 30분부터 가능하며 1200밧(THB)입니다. 현금, 카드, QR결제 모두 가능하며 결제 후 환불이 불가능합니다. 신분증 확인이 필요합니다. 

Q. Can I purchase tickets on-site? 

A. On-site sales are also available. On-site sales start 30 minutes after the ticket booth opens, from 2:30 PM, and the price is 1200 baht (THB). Payments can be made with cash, card, or QR payment, and refunds are not possible after purchase. ID verification is required. 

Q. 당일 선착순으로 입장하나요? 

A. 네, 본 페스티벌은 전석 비지정석으로 운영되며 손목밴드 소지자에 한하여 선착순으로 입장이 가능합니다. 

*별도의 입장 번호가 주어지지 않습니다. 

Q. Is entry on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event? 

A. Yes, this festival operates with all seats as non-reserved seating, and entry is on a first-come, first-served basis for wristband holders. 

*No separate entry numbers are assigned. 

센터포인트 스튜디오는 BTS 베어링 역과 방나역 부근에 위치하고 있습니다. 

 베어링 역에서 도보로 약 4분, 방나역에서 도보로 약 12분 소요됩니다. 

Centerpoint Studio is located near BTS Bearing Station and Bangna Station. 

It is about a 4-minute walk from Bearing Station and about a 12-minute walk from Bangna Station.

센터포인트 스튜디오 맞은편에 있는 주차장에 차량을 주차할 수 있습니다. 

주차 안내는 따로 제공하지 않으며 주차 공간이 한정되어 있으니 가급적 대중교통을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. 

 You can park your vehicle in the parking lot located across from Centerpoint Studio. 

We do not provide parking guidance, and parking spaces are limited, 

so please consider using public transportation whenever possible.
